This mini storage facility is awesome! The representative, Gene, is personable and efficient, and she made the entire rental process quick and easy. The location is very convenient, with easy access in and out. Price is right in my budget, and I was able to get a deal for a mini-truck to move in. Sweet! I highly recommend this storage facility.

I wish I remembered the associates name but it was 110 degrees and we were melting! She went out of her way to accomodate us and help us pick the best unit for our needs. Checked on us while we were working too!

I would just like to say that everyone at the Glen Mills location were extremely amazing. They Were kind considerate extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I was able to sit because of my handicap. I would recommend storage there to anyone because the place is spotless it and the workers make sure that you know exactly what to do and where to go if you need to remove yourself from that allow you to do so within 10 days of notification and advise you to notify them so that you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get charged again all at all this experience with them was amazing . I just wanna say thank you.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful in switching my unit after I reserved online. They were willing to show me other available units that would be the same price but closer to the doorways so I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to carry my items as far while moving in. They were friendly and helpful and I am extremely happy with the deal I was offered that they helped me find. Would 100% recommend!!

Mini U Storage is wonderful so far. When renting the unit, I interacted with super friendly, very patient staff who answered all my questions thoroughly and was super pleasant. The rent for the unit is reasonable and the facility is secure with gates and pin pad access and clean. Very happy with Mini U so far!

The staff is friendly, the storage unit was clean and you can open the gate with your phone.

Employees at location are very helpful so far. Facility is very clean and looks well kept. Prices are fair for unit sizes and was given a thorough explanation on how they handle contracts.

I highly recommend this location ! Customer service is very friendly and clean location . I needed a bigger unit then first purchased and the manager was right on top of helping me out , which made my transaction very pleasurable and stress free. I will say the moving truck although was free with rental needs to be updated .Had little pick up and window leaked in rain. Over all I give above 5 stars to my experience with the staff and location .

I am so glad I found Mini U Storage of Glen Mills. The unit is clean and easy to access. The customer service is outstanding! I was blown away by the gentlemen at the front desk. They seem to genuinely like their work and were pleasant, thoughtful, and professional. They brought cold bottles of water (a welcome gesture on a steamy August day) to us while we were putting our things in storage. They were approachable and personable and made a difficult time actually enjoyable.

The units are so clean. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been a customer with this location since fall of 2017. When they were Chester Heights Storage they were clean, professional, friendly, SAFE, and a great value. Mini-U-Storage upholds that reputation. Highly recommend.

The Mini U-Storage in Glen Mills is terrific. Excellent customer service. Fresh and clean environment. Our storage area was clean enough to eat from the floor. The team in the office was so kind and helpful. In addition, they offered a moving truck included in our rental package and a special offer where the first two months rent for the storage facility were free. We have worked with other Self-Storage companies and none compare with the value, customer service or cleanliness of the Mini U-Storage in Glen Mills.
