Tiara was manager on duty, she hooked me right up ,she knew everything needeed to close deal, and get me in a unit, everything was fine, and believe me i would tell u if it wasn't. i went 2-miles south of you first wasn't happy with their stuff, too many on-line , for a better price, why couldn't they give me a good price, right then? your bathroom facility was excellent, very clean, i was surprized at that!!i already reccommended you to someone else. good place to do business, there is no sense too check anywhere else!

The one thing I was not happy about, was the constant turnover of people we talked with each time we went to the storage facility. All of the employees we met were helpful but we continued to see a new face each time we went to put something else in our storage area. The actual things discussed with other person were noted but there was a lot of the background we discussed with the other person about the situation that was not known.

Erika did a terrific job in giving me all the details and making it painless to get a unit. Thank you very much, David
