Online rental process was simple and easy. Check-in on first rental day was easy with codes presented. Some confusion with the space assigned with a lock already on the unit which wasn't requested. After speaking with customer service, the mix-up was resolved and I was able to move my items in.

The facility is clean and it’s nice that they have 4 wheel carts in the climate-controlled section. The on-line rental system was problematic, and the customer service rep , though friendly, had a foreign accent that made it difficult for me to understand some of what she was saying.
