Decided to clean out a garage last minute and needed a place fast. Online process was quick and price was reasonable.

It's a storage unit. Nothing spectacular. But they had availability, which makes them fairly unique around here. The ridiculously high price tag is likely why. The folks working there were very nice and helpful.

The whole thing from start to finish was so smooth and great. The man that handled my reservation over the phone was so thorough; he was so awesome at everything that I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have ask any questions by the end of our conversation. Also the man at the office that handled the final paperwork was so great. He was so thorough as well. They both made it a pleasant experience which doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happen much these days.

The staff are very helpful and friendly! I can't give a 5 star review only because when I rented a 10x10 unit, the price was $80 per month. The price nearly doubled in less than 6 months and I wasn't told that the move in price only lasts for a very short time.

They provided the truck for basically free due to being a new customer. I moved in on a day that the office wasn't open and they made sure that I had access to the truck and everything went really smooth. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for storage. The staff is very friendly.

The ladies that run the office are extremely helpful, and I have not had any problems yet. I just moved my things in, and all seems well. Will update later if necessary.

The inital rental was a little rough because the computer system was not cooperating with the customer service person. An upgrade had caused some bugs that needed to be worked out. The rep was very focused and found a way to work around the problems and take care of business without the computer and without missing a beat. I was very impressed.
