I reserved a unit on a great flash sale! The people were amazing and very nice. They showed me exactly how to use my lock which they gave me a brand new one and I get to keep it even after move out. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a huge plus!

The facility is constructing a new building for climate control so because of it is no clean. The customer service in doing the paperwork for getting a storage was good and quickly.

Disappointed that the 5×5 unit I rented was actually a 4×5 unit.

THE CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT PUT ME IN TOUCH WITH THE STORAGE FACILITY IN MINUTES. AND HELPED ME FIND ONE THAT BEST SUITED BY NEEDS AND PRICE. THEY CALLED ME BACK IN MINUTES. THEY WERE THERE ON THE WEEKEND TO HELP ME GET MY UNIT RESERVED AND ACCESSIBLE. PAPERWORK AND KEYS AND ACCESS CODE AND ALL. THAT IS GOOD SERVICE.

We had a great move in and quick! We were able to reserve the spot ahead of time. I received a call within an hour of reserving just to check in and confirm and see if there were any questions! When we arrived to get all the info, customer service was very friendly and very professional! We had no issues moving in - space was great! We really appreciated the tour and the in depth information. Highly recommend!

The Associate Manager that helped us was so helpful and understanding. He had moving and storing tips that were very helpful.

So far all is good. Service was great. Security looks great. I've yet to access my unit when it's not open, so too early to review that.

Staff were very helpful. Some of the roads approaching the storage facility from the east are not meant for trucks.

Very pleased with everything and they took the time cover all details. Truck rental was free too
