Prime Storage - Middletown

I found them online & filled out an easy reservation request. Shortly after I sent my request I received a phone call to confirm the unit I had chosen was what I needed & to give me the details, she was wonderful. On move in day I went into the office to verify info & collect my gate pass, she was awesome, asked me if there was anything I needed for my move in. Everything is very clean. In my visits to my unit I have seen employees cleaning & keeping up with everything inside the gate, they were also fantastic, kind & helpful. I'm very happy I found this facility

Staff was quick to complete the paperwork to get me in unit. Very courteous and helpful.

Could have better equipment to move bigger stuff like Dollieﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s. And better lighting for at night.
