I originally went to moove in storage and after a horrific customer service from them went to storage sence and they were awesome in a pinch for me cause we only had so much time left to get stuff moved!!

Kash is about the best manager I have ever seen at this facility. He goes the extra mile to make sure my unit is accessible at all times and technical problems are solved quickly. His friendly customer service makes paying my rent a breeze, as I can pay for my Lebanon unit and Jonestown unit at the same location.Kash is the reason I remain a loyal Storage Sense customer. Cash walked me through the rental process when I was not able to complete my online reservation. He made sure to follow up with me to ensure I had everything I needed. Facility and unit very clean and a sturdy lock was provided. Great service!

Had a bit of a miscommunication at first but Cash made sure to assist me and resolve all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this storage facility in Jonestown. Cash really cares and wants to make sure every customer has what they need. He stayed on The phone with me and walked me through the process when the online system was not working,

Very nice storage area, easy to access and someone is always available if you have any issues. I’m able to text and get my questions answered within a few minutes sometimes it’s with a call back.
