I recently signed up online and was contacted to get everything squared away. I arrived and was greeted by Alan who not only gave me a quick tour and showed me my unit, but made me feel that all my belongings will be safe and if I had issues they would be there to assist me. Myself and movers came the next day and both security guards came to make sure everything was OK with movers and they were being delicate with my belongings.
