I reserved a unit online and for some reason was unable to complete the registration process online. Didn't matter, got a call from Life Storage later that day confirming my reserved unit, so I showed up to the store they got me set up immediately. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and got me set up in minutes at the store. Facility is clean, well lite and easy in and out.

Great service and easy access to the place

The overall service was good. I felt misled because I brought my own lock, was told it was the wrong kind, I asked what kind and that I would go to Walmart to get it and come back. The representative stated he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think Walmart sold this kind and would show it to me once we got to the unit, once we got there, he opened the lock and told me how to install it. Once we got back to the office, I looked it up and Walmart does in fact sell it for $11 vs the $19.99 they charge. I asked if I could get the one from Walmart and get credited for the one from them and he responded no because I already had the keys. Well yes I had the keys because he opened the lock vs giving me a choice to get my own. This practice comes across as very dishonest and a money grab.

You advertised a rate of $25.00 on their website. You sent me an email stating the rate would be $25.00. But when I got there the rate turned into $30.00 per month. The guy at the desk flat out said, the $25.00 per month was wrong. Before moving in I specifically asked him if there were any other fees. He said no. Then he charged me $20.00 for a lock.

The made the process very smooth and seamless. They explained everything to me clearly and welcomed any questions I had (and I had quite a few). I highly recommend this storage facility. By the way, the grounds were spotless!

Impressively clean, well lit facility. I like the convenient 24 hour access. I dislike the cheesy little cylinder locks they make you use to secure your unit. I greatly prefer the traditional big round key or combination locks. The staff seem very capable. But too expensive for long-term storage.

The manager and the associate who was there when we returned the U Haul rental were extremely friendly they made a long and stressful day so much easier for us. Excellent customer service.
