StorQuest - King of Prussia / Allendale

The space at the KoP site was clean, modern and climate-controlled space at a fair price. The service to set up the account was quick and well handled by Dacia. Some extra initial costs (admin. charge, insurance, key) added to the start, but still reasonable.

Very happy with our experience at StorQuest KOP! Dacia was super nice and responsive - she made the process clear and easy.

Quick & easy check-in. Friendly, helpful staff. New facility thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very clean and in a safe place. Reasonable rates with good specials.

The only thing that I might suggest is another hour or two access time in the evenings.

This is the best storage facility that I have used.

Facility could do a better job of communicating but otherwise a good storage facility.

Friendly professional and clean

The representatives were very helpful.

Friendly, easy to talk with, and showed me everything necessary!

Excellent choice for my needs, Brennden the store manager was a perfect gem to work with

I arrived as a new manager was being trained, and was used as training material. It was not unpleasant, but it slowed things down a bit while I had movers idling in a van. They recognized the bind I was in and were flexible in getting the movers going while we finished up the documentation.

The only bad thing was the extra fees they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tell you about ahead of time.
