From the first meet and greet Tracy was very welcoming and helpful with a smooth process . She even took the extra time to drive down and make sure I was able to gain access and happy with the unit . Go see Tracy she will take great care of you .

Great storage unit! Just a heads up the walls between units arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fully floor to ceiling there is almost a one foot gap of open space between the top of the ceiling and dividing walls.

Front desk attendant was amazing and kind. The unit was clean and spacious when we got there. Only issue we had was that the unit walls were not fully floor to ceiling. Other than that small concern it is an amazing unit.

Had no problem with paperwork. Lady was great! pricing is fair but heard it could go up anytime.

Moving in went well. I just wished it didn't close at 10pm

your facility was easy to find, and very clean. I just fit all my stuff in it. I was glad the person explained to me the sizes.

Since Cubesmart took over from the local Tri storage owners, the rates have gone up at least $200.00 and now we just got a notice that the rate is increasing $100.00 from last year to 2023. We were always happy with the unit and customer service when it was locally owned. It is crazy! We also have had trouble with mice in our unit. We are looking for a more reasonable rate as well as a better run storage space. I would think long and hard before renting from CubeSmart.

Great place for self-move-in. The only note is they are understaffed, unfortunately, so it is hard to get in contact with someone. But they do a good job of setting you up through emails.

This WAS a great facility BEFORE cubesmart. Rent went up by $15. twice in 13 months without a 30 day notice either. When we exited they said I had to take all of it with because that what the lease said...WRONG...Lease I signed stated there was a pallet and a piece of carpet in the unit so I didn't have this issue when we moved out. Also almost $90 for a 5x10...not today! Never saw so many pickups with trailers like we did when moved out...must've been a mass exodus.

MARK ANTHONY was wonderful. Very professional. He answered all my questions, took me to the unit, explained the operational systems for the facility. There was a welcome bag in the very very clean unit . I have been back to the unit, entry went just as he explained. Very good experience.

This particular site is a little pricey bit is super clean and the staff is really friendly. When I got to my unit there was a welcome bag w a free lock.

Very clean, overpriced, turning around in facility is difficult d/t no back exit but good customer service.

Had a smoth tornout and great staff i would rent again from cupesmart
