CubeSmart Self Storage - Langhorne

We discovery CubeSmart during unfortunate circumstances. Jeannie at the Langhorne location was/is professional, informative, pleasant and helpful. I actually look forward to seeing her when we stop in. Jeannie's service at this location scores ten out of five!!

The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. I'm happy to be able to rent such an affordable unit.

Staff was very helpful, unit, elevator and hallways are very clean and transport carts are in good supply. I did not care for the unexpected $ 30.00 raise in the monthly rate. Do you get people to move in with a decent rate and then arbitrarily raise it once they are all moved in? I also had trouble with the online registration both times that I tried to register online (would not recognize my confirmation code). There was also an issue with the gate code not working which was very stressful when I had my moving company delayed with the delivery of my belongings that were gong into storage.

I don't live in that state and they were so helpful at this facility. The girls were personable professional and went over and beyond to make my experience renting from you guys awesome. Make sure to give the three that work there arrays and a vacation 🤗❤️

These storage units all seem to operate the same. They get you to move in and then jack up the rates on you after a few months.

From the start - this was a great process. I was able to find a lot of information on line, my inquiry received a response quickly, all of my questions were answered, they have a lot of onsite resources, and everything is so clean!

The woman who helped me was amazing!!! She was informative and funny, and I felt very comfortable and we'll taken care of!! The facilities were clean and even fun, as all the boxes and such made pretty displays. All in all I am quite happy

Reservation process was easy, and staff was friendly and helpful. The storage units are clean and reasonably priced. Loved the free truck rental !! (however I think it should be available for the entire day on a first-come/first-served basis.)

nothing much more to say really, the location is convenient for me, the ceilings are high enough to stack boxes efficiently, and the climate is controlled. would recommend to a friend definitely

Morgan was great! Very helpful and knew what she was talking about. She also was VERY kind to our three year old... who is adorable and typically well behaved... but is three... and not everyone is as nice. There was a very minor glitch - but it was fixed right away.

We were very fortunate to have Morgan take care of us. She is a very sweet and courteous lady. She is very knowledgeable about the units and could answer all our questions.

I had to move out of my original unit due to water. Jean was very accommodating. I ended up with a climate controlled unit for the same price. I am very satisfied.
