When I first walked into the business it was neat and clean organized and the front desk girl was knowledgeable professional and very accommodating I felt the price was a little high but I would absolutely have no problem referring someone.

Check in was a breeze and the front desk was so helpful and kind. They show you your unit before you complete your initial payment and the facility is kept very clean.

This was my first experience with self storage. Cube Smart is the best. After visiting some other facilities, Cube Smart had the most friendly, helpful employees from the day I walked in with questions to the day I moved into storage. Their pricing was the most fair and the office and the storage unit were squeaky clean.

I will definitely come back if I need to put more stuff in storage.

The staff was courteous, the truck was ready when it was supposed to be, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The CSR Veronica was very courteous and knowledgeable about facilities. However the owner/manager on multiple occasions was condescending in response to some basic questions. If I had adequate time I would have gone elsewhere. He lacks concept of treating customers with respect. Yeah I get it you operate/manage the facility but if you have no customers where does that leave you?

We had to switch because the initial unit they assigned would have made maneuvering our larger furniture items very difficult. They should be more clear about how accessible each unit is.
