Great place and very conveniently located

I needed temporary storage during a move, and Lisa and Brooke were very helpful in getting me set up. I had plenty of questions since it's the first time I've ever used a storage unit. The whole process has been easy and everything was clearly explained. I highly recommend Prime Storage.

From the 1st day I called all calls were promptly returned. All mails was received accordingly and meeting the manager and staff was a real joy.

Dealt with both ladies and they are so wonderful. Very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is great, generally quiet. Spaces are fantastic- price wise and the cleanliness! Very happy with my rental spaces.

The customer service was top notch.

The front desk lady was helpful and courteous. She explained everything to me. Gave me a few pointers about the moving my stuff into the unit. We had a laugh over the reason for me needing a storage unit. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a school teacher moving schools and my things will disappear if I leave them at my new or old school. Hence I need to store them for the summer and the fact that my school only provided me with used boxes.

The Location very convenient and so is the prices.

The staff was super nice and the unit was very clean. The whole place was clean and we'll organized as well.

Everything looked new and they had boxes for sale for cheap and other items 50% off and I got my 6 x 12 half off for two months
