The latch on my storage unit is Bent and I can barely get the lock on and off and it's really frustrating and really annoying and I think I have to go buy my own goddamn. Lock because the goddamn latches is so bent it's aggravating and annoying as hell to me

My experience was a great one. I made my reservation Elicia contacted me to come in and firm things up. Point is .. I work in NY Elicia waited for me I didn't get there till 6:00 when they were closing. This is "Excellent' Customer Service! The property is well kept and very secure. Elicia & Tracy very kind and helpful. BIG BONUS I checked several places out and Public Storage is the very leased expensive. The people were nice. The company raises the monthly cost after being there a few months and since you have all of your stuff already in the unit you feel like you can't move. I do not feel like I got proper notification about this either. You would think they would want to keep long term clients, but this detours me. Even though I planned on using this unit for multiple years, I decided to move out before.

Public storage is the probably the most trusted storage facility hands down! I wouldn't use anyone else but I wish the entire company wouldn't add on a $20 lock to our initial setup! They should provide us the lock not sell them to us! That is the only only sorry thing!

I really love the security of Public Storage and how clean it is. I do have a problem though with auto pay. We went to the office to let the girl know we were leaving on August 16th and we would clean our unit and return keys. We are paid already for the month of August and knowing we were leaving on August 16th we were charged for September too.. I find this unfair and I would like our money returned...

Selinda was awesome, helpful and courteous throughout the whole experience. We showed up less than a hour before closing with no appt after having a difficult experience at another storage company nearby and Selinda got us taken care of right away before the holiday weekend. We laughed and had a good time while filling out paper work and she was able to run me through all the details of the agreement and answered any question I had. On top of this the facility was nice and well kept. Really happy with my experience here!

The employees are friendly. The price isn't great but comparable to other facility's in the area. The place has been open for a while and has some miles. The post on which the gate keypad is mounted is lose and moves when you try to punch in your code. The light in my unit does not work. I went by on a Saturday night at 8:00 and found half the flood lights were out and the gate was stuck in an open position. I reported the issue. It's not terrible, just letting you know my opinion since you asked.
