Public Storage - Trevose - 2750 Old Lincoln Highway

I keep getting emails that ask if I’ve moved into my unit and leaving a review appears to be the only way to stop these emails.

Everyone's very nice and welcoming here. I reserved a small unit and they only had upstairs available. With my bad back I thought that might not be convenient for me so they worked together to find me a slightly bigger unit on the ground floor right next to the main door. I was very appreciative of them finding me the perfect fit.

Maria personally took me to my storage room, swept the dust out and explained the rental agreement so I knew exactly what I was buying.

We ordered the unit online. They sent us the gate code, unit number and left us a lock. Being able to open the gate with a mobile app was a nice touch.

The store Manager Walter made my experience very good and easy he was a very nice guy

The employee was very professional, courteous and friendly. It was very hot the day I came to Public Storage, and she still had a smile while showing me my choices in storage spaces. She was easy to talk to and she even made me laugh at a time when I didn't think I could. It was a good experience and I am glad I chose your facility. Thank you.

Great service, helpful and informative.

Had to rent a storage unit in a hurry. Called around and they had the lowest price in town. Justin was super helpful in getting me set up with a unit on the first floor and air conditioned. He answered all my questions as I had a lot. Only downside to this place is the indoor lighting is a little dark. Not as bad as some but I've also seen better. Overall its a well kept place, reasonable in price for the size, everything is easy to access, and great customer service reps. I'd rent space from here again if I need to in the future.

Collin is a wonderful manager, onsite at all times of the night. Great customer services and is very well eduacated with all of his products, leasing agreements, and any further questions you should have .

Justin was super professional, quick and very helpful. I was in and out without any problems and he answered all my questions. Very pleased with the service.

We chose a 10 x 15 unit for our 930 sq ft 2 bedroom apt. It was enough room for us. Colin was very helpful and even gave us a call to see how everything was working for us. This was our first experience with a storage unit, and we are very happy. The girls at the front desk were great to work with also. They cared about us being happy!

The employees are friendly but the hours are inconvenient.

I needed last minute storage at a low cost- found the Feasterville location on line. Immediate attention and within a day I had my things secured. The customer service was wonderful- so attentive. I have never used storage before and was shown how to work the service elevator and walked personally to the storage unit to be sure it suited my need. The cost too was very affordable. Would definitely recommend this place- Please give Sherlinda a raise !!

I moved in here July of 2014 and within 4 months, the rent had increased by over $15 a month. I'm looking for a new storage option, because this is too high a price for what I'm receiving.
