Facilty is a little dated staff is great.. all depends what your looking to store

A very efficient process, with courteous and knowledgeable staff. The staff member even suggested I go to the storage unit and take a look before completing the sign in process to ensure the unit was satisfactory for my needs. The staff member was very thorough and walked me through all the processes in a clear and professional manner. I am completely comfortable that Public Storage in Montgomeryville will fulfill their responsibilities throughout the timeframe I will be working with them.

The customer service rep (John?) that I spoke with confirmed I could complete the reservation online meaning no need to meet directly (hello covid Karens). A text was sent almost as soon as I completed the reservation with my space number and gate code. Super convenient entry/easy to find spaces. We had a bit of difficulty figuring out how to open the gate initially but weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll chalk that up to a blonde moment. Overall Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very pleased with the price and ease of access!

Had the unit I needed and practiced social distancing

The locate is pretty close to my place and the Store manager was very kind even my English wasn't good enough. She explain slowly to perfectly understood. Also the unit I rented is huge and clean. I highly recommend to my friends.

The associate Meg was amazing she helped answer all my questions she showed me my unit. She's very concerned of what I will be bringing in an out of the unit and make sure I had all the coverage I need it. Everything was covered so it won't be damaged.

Public Storage has everything that a person needs in a well kept and convenient facility. The ads are well done and accurate and the staff seem to be very well trained, friendly and helpful. I interacted with Meghan and Jennifer and found them to be very helpful.

Chelsea, was very helpful upon my arrival, walked me thru the process, explained in detail my plan and payments. When it's due and walked me down to my unit to make sure I signed up for the correct size. Excellent, customer service from Chelsea.

The reservation process was easy and quick. Megg was very friendly, helpful and efficient with the contract and check-in processes. The unit is spacious and clean. Access is easy, yet secure. It's been one week and so far I have had an excellent experience.

Facility was dusty but adequate. Was quoted one price but as soon as I arrived to sign and store my items there were mandatory fees and charges that were added to the original price before the facility could be used.

I made an online reservation and went in to the office and dealt with Alice. She was so nice to work with. The unit we initially reserved turned out to be too small and without a hitch, she got us into a larger unit within minutes. I checked out with Megg and it was so simple. She was very nice to work with as well. All in all, I had a great experience with the staff and the unit worked out great.

Public Storage is an outstanding concept that makes living in my present home more comfortable. I am an author and I travel to promote my book, therefore, I have extra materials (i.e., books, displays, shipping materials, etc.) that I would not normally have. I need additional space to store things and Public Storage provides just the extra space that I need. I love how accessible and well keep the facility is. The Manager Megg is wonderful at managing the grounds and making me feel that my property is secure. Thank you Public Storage!
