This location and rental process was the easiest I've ever used. Rates are extremely reasonable plus if you watch online you might catch discounts and "flash" sales. Shannon (manager) made everything easy. After I realized I should have gotten a bigger size, she did the transfer and helped me find what I needed.

Since the facility was taken over by SecureSpace it hasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t been the same. For example, prices have gone up, flat bed carts are scarce, overall facility maintenance seems to be lacking, the main office has been getting renovated for months and the cameras donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to be getting monitored closely anymore. On another note, I have never had any issue with customer service or staffing at the facility. They are all very nice and help with anything needed.

Rented for two months now and the gate has still not repaired? Anyone can enter the property anytime of day to help themselves to whatever they want. Cmon guys can we get the gate fixed already? We all paid rental fees to have our property secured with a locked gate that unfortunately is not the case.

I have to be honest. Secure Space is probably the worst place that I have had business with. For the last 2 months I have been trying to get a refund that had been promised and rightly mine. Even though I finally got the refund, it was a culmination of calling the rental office in North Wales almost every other day for the last 2 months. This is unacceptable and down right bad business. For that reason I will never recommend your facility to anyone I care about.
