It should have the gates more clearly marked as to what buildings are in each area. We went to two incorrect areas before we saw there was an area across the street. Very frustrating and time consuming. Also renting on line would not allow us to decline the facility insurance option. Our homeowners policy provides coverage.

An overlock was left on my unit a few weeks ago. Not sure why as I am current on my payment. Maybe wrong unit. It was such a major inconvenience as I drove far to get to my unit. The overlock should never have been there in the first place. Had to contact office and then have it removed. Acted like it was my fault. The staff used to be pleasant when I first signed up but not anymore. Not feeling so welcome.

Mom and pop place. For 10x30 the cost is about 1/3 less than most places which is pretty good. 24 hours access is included and free which is good because most other places only have limited hours. Some places even charges for a 24hr access. As for late fee there is 20% late fee which is higher than the other places. No inside lights so bring your flashlight. But overall the pros for this place is so much better then the other places.

First impressions by the staff were superb. Feels like a safe location and 24 hr access is important to me.
