I have to use quite a few storage units over the years and Muncy S.S. is by far the best for customer service. Carol is a freakin rockstar. Kind, helpful and really cares about people. She goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. I will stay with them for the long haul because of her!!

She is inviting, diverse, encouraging and a perfect description of how customer service should be everywhere. She helped me from the phone call to the time I actually placed my car in storage. The employee who provided me excellent service is Holly, a manager at the facility. Wonderful and friendly help, very clean and organized, and definately was an easy and comfortable visit.

I've rented here before when I moved to Muncy from Michigan. Now I'm moving out of Muncy to the country.. Great people to rent from, never had any issues..

I had no issues reserving a unit online and got a phone call almost instantly to confirm. When I got to the facility, it was quick and easy to move forward with renting a unit. Everything was explained to me, I was even given a map that had my unit and the route to it highlighted.This made it easy to find!

Stopped into this business to purchase moving supplies via U-HAUL web site. The U-Haul web site recommends this establishment for U-Haul moving supplies. Will never go there again, the girl at the front desk didn't know what packing peanuts were and after she found them (right in back of her) didn't know how to ring it up. She called another assistant and I explained to her about the moving supplies, she started yelling at me, Like it's my fault that they didn't have a clue what was going on.
