We went from a 10x10 to a 5x5. The transition was easy. We opened the 5x5 on Monday and moved our items over and closed out the other today. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

FAst and easy to get a rental unit

I had a great experience with Public Storage in Edgemont. Ron took me around to show me various sized units that were available and walked me through the whole rental process. It was all very simple and I got a great space to store my belongings.

The manager Chris was very pleasant and answered any questions that my husband or myself had. He went through what we would be storing and made sure we selected the correct unit size. Then walked us to our unit to check it out before signing any paperwork. I was extremely happy with my experience and definitely would recommend this storage facility. The only downside is that it was snowing and the parking lot was not salted. There is a good sized Hill that you need to get up when arriving and down when leaving, that wasn't salted. So that was definitely a little scary. But the office and unit was clean and management very helpful and friendly!

We rented a 10x20 unit to prep our house for sale. It was clean, dry and sturdy. The snow was cleared quickly from the roads. Every interaction we had with office personnel was pleasant and professional.

The cost is too expensive when insurance and tax fees are added. It is too much for a little space. Customer service was excellent, however.
