Just the right size for what I needed to store and the price is very affordable.

We had an issue after hours and Will came back and resolved the issue right away.

The guy who assisted me was nice and very helpful.

I reserved on-line and completed in-person. Everything was fast, and well explained. Charles was super helpful.

Reserved a unit online. Two days before move-in day a representative called me to confirm my move-in date, during that call I reserved an additional unit for $1 more than the first unit. On move-in day for both units the "manager" greeted me without a smile and an attitude and tried to increase the price of the second unit that I already reserved. Thank goodness for online booking, instead of arguing over a price I booked the storage unit online at the same facility at a lower price than he was offering.

Very convenient, quick and clean

I'm a college junior who needed to rent a storage for the first time and had no clue what I was doing. When I went to CubeSmart, I was greeted immediately and throughly guided through my options and was helped picked the best option for me. I felt valued and cared about at CubeSmart and reassured that my valuables would be safe in their hands

From my perspective, Juanita is a customer service DREAM!! As soon as you come in, she's on her feet, smiling, speaking, completely sincere, and totally ready to assist. She knows her stuff and relates all the particulars in a precise, concise manner. She showed me examples of the different units and also demonstrated the secutity features. She is the reason I chose her CubeSmart and she is undoubtedly an incredible asset to the company.

I was provided friendly service both via phone and email with fast response times. The employees were flexible in allowing me to change my move-in date without hassle, and provided excellent customer service upon my arrival. I was able to quickly move my things in and understand when and how I might access them in the future. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to friendly and family!

The storage facility is very clean. Moving in was made easier because they provide flatbed rolling carts at each entrance.

Never expected to have such friendly, professional, knowledgeable customer service experience at a storage facility. How refreshing! Facility was well maintained, priced well, very well-maintained and conveniently located.

Great customer service, as a repeat customer using facility to store dorm stuff for the summer. Rental unit on the second floor, which I was initially hesitant with, but the freight elevator was tremendous, located immediately inside the loading dock doors. Floor on the second floor is smoother than the first floor, making moving the carts much easier.

Kathy from the front desk was very friendly and nice to show us the storage units and let us choose the one that we want. Very clean and secured. The price is very reasonable.

I just moved from another storage facility. This one definitely is an improvement from customer service to other amenities such as use of the truck for free. I will recommend CubeSmart as needed.

Found facility with 5 X 5 locker with 4 foot ceiling which is perfect for my storage. Since signs are light weight, it was not a problem to take them up the very secure portable stairs. Very helpful office staff, and extremely considerate.

The storage facility and loading area are much more useful and secure then surrounding areas. Cube smart obtains a huge amount of storage space in one, secure compound. Also, because it is the only Cube Smart facility in the area, the cleanliness and storage elevators are of a high standard and priority. Visit the local facilities in the area, and notice the immature storage sites, as well as the improper elevation and environment techniques. Amazingly, they could even move the furniture themselves if you wished. Cube Smart was a very fortunate find.
