Public Storage - Norristown - 2112 W. Main Street

Happy with the unit that we're renting. 2 issues that they have not been resolved. 1) The pole light it is still out. We need light so we can see. 2) If the power goes out and we need to go inside or leaving that area we're stock inside the unit. They need to put a key so that the customer can get in and out.

We're happy with our Storage unit.

Norristown, Pa storage facilities (29204) is the best. Kelvin fills in for Chris when he (Chris) is attending to another facility. They both have exceptional customer service skills. I am always pleased with my visits and any issue (if any) is resolved with immediacy and understanding. Couldn't ask for a better group of guys.

First of all I would like to tell you I'm sorry but I can't remember the ladies name who waited on me because I just had a bad concussion. I will tell you this though she was very polite knew exactly what she was doing and showed me the storage locker I Rennet. I will tell you this when we did open the storage unit up I was very happy to see how clean and well care it was taken of, I would recommend it to my friends any time

Great place for basic storage needs. No hassle, great staff, and good access times

Chris was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained all details of the lease agreement. He demonstrated how to use the gate access code and showed me where my unit was located.

Thanks for your help Chris. Reserved a unit online.. Chris called us to set up a time for us to come in and sign papers. Upon arriving the unit we reserved was not available. Chris was able to offer a different unit that would be accommodating. Five stars for Chris...three stars for website inventory.

I needed a unit and happened to pass by Public Storage. Spoke with Chris who told me they just so happened to have the size unit I needed. Storage is storage for the most part. Their staff is helpful and call you when there is an issue to be discussed. I would highly recommend them.
