Lights don’t work in the stairway to go onto the second floor where my unit is located (I got there after the office hours and it was getting dark).. resulting in me having to wait until the next day to move my things in. I ended up having to pay an extra day to rent the truck that I had. It was a very frustrating experience. Having to carry things from the bottom floor up two flights of stairs is crazy!

I worked with the manager of the location who helped me reserve a parking spot for long term storage. The facility was nice and he was incredibly kind and helpful in getting started. Would definitely recommend this location.
