Very nice storage facility! Andre, the on-site manager, is extremely nice and customer-oriented. He clearly takes great pride in his job and in making sure Mr. Storage Manayunk location customers are happy! Pre- move-in communication was personal and proactive, move-in was seamless because of the company's ability to deal with issues that came up for us personally -- and then Andre helped us personally even though it was after hours and on his free time. I have used other facilities before and have never seen this level of cooperation, respect and pride in the on-site management. And what a great location! Only downside is I'll be tempted to store more because it's so clean and easy to access and so close to Manayunk's Main Street -- so I'll actually want to go to retrieve items from storage now! A+++ experience!!

I am a new customer and have had trouble getting into my unit on Sunday. The first time, another customer was able to let me in. The second time, there was no-one around so I had to leave without accessing my unit. I would double check that you can access the unit when a manager is present to be sure it works for you. Signing-up for the unit is a chore. Allow yourself 30 minutes to fill-out all the forms. The unit itself is clean, dry and solid. It is a bit pricey but I would recommend it if you can navigate the security issue.

Andre is phenomenal in terms of customer service. Very helpful w planning and his follow up is A. I won't be able to rate the storage unit experience and quality until we have been there for a few months, but the intro and check in/help on move in -- excellent. Thank you for being so nice.

There were lots of hidden fees that weren't explained. I didn't know to ask, but I would have thought they would have been outlined when I committed to the facility.
