Carter was amazing! Best customer service that I have had in awhile. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! I was going to go somewhere cheaper but his customer service skills made me decide to use this storage facility.

Attendant was knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, kind and pleasant. Facility was clean, monitored well, exceptional lighting, overall very good storage place. Would recommend to anyone.

Quick easy and accommodating. Their are limited push carts due to thief and selfish customers.

The load in area in front is a bit difficult when other cars are the there. Other then that it is a fantastic storage complex.

Dara was very patient and helpful with my move in. Great customer service. That being said, I do think you should include the insurance in your pricing. I didnt know until I moved in that I would need it. Also, when I called corporate initially to find out about the space, the operator gave me false information about being able to save money by having a longer term contract. In the end I felt the price almost wasnt worth it. I wish you also provided even smaller units at much less cost. That would have been perfect for me. I do appreciate the autopay for peace of mind. Again, I wish there was a discount for doing that.

Very friendly staff and clean units

This is my first time ever using a storage unit and I could not have asked for more professional, helpful and friendly service. They answered ALL of my million questions, the place is so clean and organized, I felt secure, everything worked great and it was super easy to unload/access everything. I had researched about 4-5 storage facilities nearby and for the size and what exactly I was looking for, this met all of my needs. I truly could not have asked for better! If I were to complain about anything it would be that my husband could not figure out how to use the unitﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s lock without us (aka everyone with common sense) showing him multiple times, but thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s more about him and not the facility.
