Easy access, easy to order online, friendly COVID compliant service on site. The only negative is the location of the keypad to enter through the gate, you have to leave your car to access it.

Great location and great customer service at this facility. Highly recommend it.

I thought Chynna and Cindy were very good at explaining everything once we zeroed in on what size I wanted. I must say to many e-mails were sent to me regarding this rental, It became very confusing

I had such a nice experience at this public storage today. No matter how many questions I asked, Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, patience and helpful when he was giving me information on the different storage units. When I'm ready to move in a couple of months, I'll be sure to reach out to Brandon at public storage to help me out!

I rented a unit here for 2 months (for storage during a long distance move). The move-in and move-out were both clean and easy - they provide dollies for moving your stuff around. I also was able to set up my move-out date online, which was helpful because no one was in the office when I cleared out. My stuff stayed clean and dry, no sign of pests. Staff was very helpful whenever I had questions.

The gates are often stuck open--even after I was told that "this was fixed." This makes me feel unsafe.

Had the best of the experience selecting my storage space under the guidance of Sara. She had the best demeanor even on a Sunday morning. She made sure all my questions were answered and she even predicted possible issues and made me aware of them. I will definitely recommend this storage venue.
