Public Storage - Philadelphia - 1431 Ivy Hill Road

This is my second time renting space here, the first time I felt like the price increase happened to often. With the expansion of my business and storage needs I had to obtain space again. I really like the location , security and customer support I just hope rates donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t increase a lot

My Storage Facility has it's Con's and Pro's. I have visited varies times and have spoken to other customers. I also had been on site at different times of the day. I always feel safe. I would definitely recommend to others.

I came in only to view the property, and she was so helpful. We ended up doing the entire process and getting me locked in at a great rate. Each and everytime I need help with something sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s super helpful. Grateful to have had her customer service in this experience.

BEST price I could find anywhere in the area for a 10' x 15' and very convenient to my area (Springfield, Montgomery County). Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Unit was clean and dry. Good sloping drainage -- at least in the row my unit is in. Security appears good and access in and out is excellent. It's only been a month but I'm very pleased.

They say Nordstrom's has excellent customer service. I wouldn't know, since I don't shop there. But I can say this -- nobody, not even Nordstrom's, can do better than Tina and the other women at Public Storage Ivy Hill in Philadelphia. They are courteous, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. They made sure to answer my questions and review the information quickly, clearly, and politely. If I ever have a need, I will return, as well as recommend them to anybody looking for short-or long-term storage.

Alex was very helpful and courteous. I needed to move my things to a bigger storage unit and she found another unit that was close to my old storage unit. This made my moving experience a lot easier than it could have been.

I'd like to say that my experience at this particular public storage is awesome. The customer service from Gina and Alex is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable in what they do. They also seem to be polite and respectful. Thanking them for their service.

the cost of the rental is a little expensive, everything else is good

The storage unit is perfect, except there are NO LIGHTS down the entire outside lane of units on row H. This is an unsafe situation that needs immediate attention!!!!!
