Public Storage - Philadelphia - 2345 Castor Ave

I reviewd it as good place to store your goods.

Its pretty cheap, but the service is awful. Also they only have 3 carts and they only allow 1 cart per unit

So far so good. Nice staff and straightforward move in.

Everything about this was EASY! Booking, online paperwork, and moving in. Space was clean, large facility, and friendly staff. Pricing was good, and 1st month free. Would highly recommend.

Great clean facility. Staff was great and accommodating.

It was easy to get a unit. She took the time to show me more than one size so I could figure out what I needed.

The property manager was very knowledgeable. The facility was in great clean condition.

The whole staff was friendly and helpful. I worked with Kyree individually where he walked me to my unit and explained the process very well. Aaron and Dara were at the store as well. They were extremely nice!

I rented out a 5x5 unit at your storage place on Castor Avenue in Phila., PA. A customer service rep. named Elizabeth assisted me in selecting the correct size I would need and assisted me in every way possible. She was very informative and helped me when I had a problem understanding the charges on my bill & their security features which I was very concerned about. I am very happy I chose this location & Public Storage for store my precious items in.

Don't like that there are lots of roaches, mice running arpund that I catch on my traps in my units. Don't like that the prices go up EVERY year on my unit---all 4 of them. Its getting out of control. Then the insurance goes up. There are no trash cans any where to throw things in cans, so instead people just leave their trash lying around.

I went to the Public Storage to Rent a 10x10 the personal was very pleasant. The only thing is that the Public Storage is high on price. In the past I had Rented a Storage and I only pay the amount of $109.00 for a 15x10. in this one that is only 10x10 my payment are $129.00 monthly. I am not saying this to have a low fair is to acknowledged. In the past with the other Storage I lost everything My Personal Stuff and precious Document was sold. I explained to them that my father was in Critical out of the United State and I was to travel. when I came back in which was two or three month later the same day that I told them that I will be paying in the evening because my employee pay me in the afternoon. I went to pay and for my surprise all my stuff was sold in the morning and I was not informed about it. I proclaim that I didn't received any mail in which they show me one letter but I didn't received it. I do not believe that they sent it to me I believe that the wrote the letter. I lost so many document that were so important to me and I will never will get those document back. I got my High School Diploma, Office Medical Assistance Diploma and My Business Administration Diploma. My husband death Certificate and much more. I was not able to get anything back the only thing that the Storage told me was sorry and they sent me a check for $100.00 I have a gift from my sister who die as well and all that is gone. Now that I got this Storage I really hope that this do not happen to me any more. This Public Storage Personal sound well and if one day I have any emergency I hope that they could understand or they could be sincere to me and let me know before I lose my personal stuff not like the other storage that told me is fine and do not worry we will work with you" only lies.; I there is any inconvenience I hope the personal from the Public Storage let me know. Thanks I am very honest to this I hope that this help other not to have the same problem I have in the past. There is a possibility that the past Storage got me on Delinquent but I got witness that I went and talk about my situation with my father our of the Philadelphia and I need to travel to Puerto Rico to help my father. I was giving the ok for me when I come back to pay the full amount of money. thanks
