Price is not a dollar to move your stuff for first month. Ghetto as hell well never go there again

Location is easily accessibly. The motion sensor lights are a plus. Elevators are roomy. Customer service is EXCELLENT!! Crystal is awesome.

Good place, well managed. My only complaint is that you have to get out of your car to push the buttons to open the gate... Can't the keypad be moved, (it would only be a little move, maybe 2 feet, and turned to face a car window)... I know it's being lazy but I had to get out of the car today in the rain....

At this time I am pleased with experience with Public Storage. I just moved my items in on Sat. 04/07/18. The storage representative that I encounter on Saturday was very polite and she explained Public Storage policies in great detail and made sure I understood everything. The facility it self was very clean.

Ashley was very helpful and managed the paperwork, sign-up, unit tour, access hours and keypad use very clearly. No BS or upselling. Yesterday while unloading a major load of belongings, she was walking around the facility and asked how things were going. So, they do patrol and they do track who is there on the grounds.

Chris gave me excellent service. He provided very good information on my needs and other pertinent info and set up my account and showed me how to use the facility. Chris is a very knowledgeable, polite and personable young man. The storage facility is very close to my residence which makes it very convenient.

I had the pleasure of going to the 7571 Ridge Avenue Location of Public Storage yesterday. I was highly pleased with the service. I made the reservation online (which was very easy) and called to confirm that I would be coming. When I had to change to the next day, the staff was understanding and accommodating. I was greeted by Chris who showed me the unit and completed the paperwork. I have never done Public Storage before and Chris took the time to answer all questions. I was nervous that the "online pricing" would be different than the real life pricing, but my final price was exactly what I was quoted online. Chris was lovely and explained everything in my rental agreement in full detail. Moving my items in was easy with the provided dollies and carts.

When I first entered the office, it was like pulling teeth to get help. Lady did warm up to me eventually. They are not extremely pleasant or helpful. I called corporate to get the a month's rent taken off. Office s trying to charge me for an entire month when I was vacation on the 4th of e month.

I've used Public Storage in the past and have turned to it again. The facility is clean and easily accessible. The hours for when you can access your unit are more than reasonable. It's easy to get in with your own gate access code and gives you a feeling of security. The staff is friendly and informative, and the available supplies on-site is helpful. Public Storage offers a variety of units and features, e.g. climate-controlled vs. not, elevator access vs. stairs, at reasonable prices. It's nice they have dollys available on-site for you to use so you don't have to bring your own. Although if someone gets to them before you do, you might be out of luck. Making reservations online is a breeze and managing your account is just as easy. It's a convenient and affordable way to keep my things safe until I don't need to anymore.

I switched over to Public Storage from another place because of the availability of both the office and access to your unit. I was all set up with another place but they closed their office early on a Saturday, had no Sunday hours and could only access your belongings during office hours. The Public Storage I'm using has access 7days/wk until 9pm (great for me because I usually need to get to it after 7pm due to work), and has the office open all weekend in case I need them - which came in perfectly when I needed to start my rental on a Sunday (due to the incompetence of the other place). Clean unit, easy access, good hours, good staff!

Rented 3 seperate units at this facility - a 10x30 - their largest and two 10 x 10's as no other large units were available. Move in occured over 2 seperate days and had a different manager everyday. Note- managers all take a significant time period off each afternoon - so had to come in on a Saturday to do paperwork in advance - since my moves all fell in the afternoon. The Saturday manager was suppose to put in my reservation for 2nd unit BUT never did. Luckily there was a unit available when I showed up Monday. After that experience, Imade sure I had paperwork done for 3rd unit and a firm unit # for 4th unit reservation. Overall storage spaces are fine, what you would expect. Management could be a whole lot better experience.

This facility was recommended to me by a friend. Their advice was accurate, and I would similarly recommend it to others. The only advice I would pass on to the facility is to replace the unlit fluorescent bulbs in the hallways as soon as possible so that the units can receive more light inside.
