The staff, while usually friendly and courteous, was not punctual. The site is supposed to open at 9:30 and no one arrived until 9:40. The employee spent the entire time on the phone, offering no apologies for being late. It is frustrating when dealing with someone who doesn't value your time.

This was my first time using a storage bin and I must say it was good experience...the staff was courtesy and helpful...the size of the storage bin was perfect for my usage...the down fall I've there was no light in the bins.

Wow, talk about customer service. I came in to the Public Storage on Market St., asking about information about purchasing boxes. As I walked in, I was greeted by Chris. He seem to know his stuff. He was very informative, also gave me information about their boxes and storage packs. He was very helpful. Thank you Chris for being so awesome. The world needs more people like you.

Desk service is great. Aside from some hidden fees (insurance, maintenance), signing up was straight-forward. I feel as though my belongings are safe at this facility, but moving has already proved to be somewhat inconvenient. Two elevators and two carts are not enough for the size of this location. Prepare to wait.

I've used this Public Storage a few times over the years but I ave to say the current Liberian fellow who's working there has to be the best guy I've seen. The units are fine and the location is good too, but what really made this time around stand out was the friendliness of the people working there. I would definitely recommend.
