Storage Sense - Wyncote

The staff are great but, the unit prices continue to increase. I was going to try to stay in the unit a little longer but, soon I'll be paying a care not (eye roll).

Each year an average of $10 has been increased since I started storage rental of a 5'x12' unit on the 2nd floor, and today I am paying $117 for the same 5'x12' storage unit on the 2nd floor that is currently advertised for $89 (with first month free storage). I can imagine whoever signs up will end up paying dearly very soon for the 'free' storage! I am looking for better alternatives.

The place is in a great area, near Arcadia which is why I rented the storage unit. My daughter is using it, but price when at little higher since first time I rented. Thanks

I wish now I had booked a unit that I could pull up to outside with my van and unload vs using a dolly.. when I can find one...and loading and traveling down hallways to my unit then unload.

This is a storage facility that made the anxiety filled process of moving a little easer. It was simple to reserve a unit by phone, when I actually got there the manager was friendly and helpful, the place is clean, and easy to use. And easy to park!

streets (aisle) are narrow, and I think hand trucks should be available (I didn't see any)

Customer Rep answered all my questions, the place is well secured andfclean.

The area cleaned, customer service answered all my questions completely. The environment was comfortable.

It was an average facility. The staff member was kind but I ran a few difficulties because she was the only one working there at the time.

Large facility. More available carts would have been a help. But it was saturday

Space is clean. Manager was friendly. Facility, and how to locate unit was a little confusing.
