I called ahead of time to make a reservation. The person who assisted me with setting up my rental was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean, and it was made sure that I was comfortable with my rental. The terms of my lease were explained to me clearly and overall it was a positive experience. Moving in was relatively painless, and the system they use to locate your storage space I found very amusing.

It is a good storage unit that is convenient but I would not say anything about is exceptional. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s cold and weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve experienced a leak that ruined some items. Hopefully theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be doing something for us since that happened.

I like the unit. I've gone on different times and different days and always get into my unit easily. I wish there were more carts for people to use. Alternatively, when they see someone on security cameras with two carts while the person is going through several boxes, eating lunch, and generally hanging about, the staff would go and ask them to relinquish the carts. I've seen four total and that's just not enough because even people with storage units can be selfish, af.

I selected this facility because it had the best pricing in Philly. I was surprised about the forced insurance which added $12, but it still is the best deal for the size of unit I need. The customer service was excellent. Reserving the unit and moving in took only a few hours and might've taken less if I hustled. I'd recommend this place to one and all!

Great service. The only recommendation is for a customer to get thier opening discount fir a full month even if storage was purchased mid month.
