I am so pleased with my experience here at 21st Century! Millie was so patient and helpful in guiding me through both storage rental and U-Haul rental! She made the move in a big city more pleasant for this country girl! I would definitely use this facility again!!!

21st Century Storage had a nice clean storage space that came at an affordable rate and was convenient for me to store my stuff over the summer when I left university. The only issue was that when I got there with my boxes, there was only one lady to help me in the morning and I had to wait half an hour for the manager to come although the place was supposed to be open and my move-in was scheduled. The people were very nice however and otherwise the place provided me with a lock and a code and I feel secure about storing my things there.

I received an call immediately after I reserved my unit,by a women named Millie,who was amazingly welcoming. I was treated with respect and the process was surprisingly easy. It was my first time ever having to use an storage unit and Millie made my experience a good one. I would definitely recommend and use 21 Centry storage again.

Felt very welcome at the reception desk, and the paperwork was quick but thorough. The gentleman who helped us navigate the facility and explain the security was wonderful.

Ashley was awesome and helped me get situated. She was personable, fun, funny, as well as extremely helpful! Unfortunately I wasn't very happy with how high the prices hiked (my unit was supposed to be $70 and ended up costing $119) but otherwise I had a wonderful experience.

I didn't know what to expect, once I arrived I can honestly say was very impressed. Explained the policy in simple terms, asked me if I had any questions and gave me straight forward answers. One last thing, they have their own storage locks. Believe me it's worth it and anyone trying to cut that lock will have a serious challenge. The storage prices are very reasonable......

Would recommend this to folks. Great rate and clean units at a convenient location.

I was impressed by the friendliness of staff here. On the outside, both the facility and neighborhood looked a bit rough, but on the inside the staff were friendly and helpful and the storage unit was clean and modern. The pricing was excellent, and my only real complaint would be about the limited access hours (only open till 6 PM).

Chris, the District Manager is a pleasure to deal with, very personable and knowledgeable. This facility not only has good pricing, but they are great community citizens. For example they donate to a different charity every month. They collect unwanted items from customers storage units and organize them to be donated. How cool is that? Not sure any other storage company does that. This facility is also secure and at the same time easy to access for renters.

Millie was very friendly, professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. And.so was Millie.

The customer service was great. I needed to change my move in date, and they were great and made it easy. The only thing I didn't expect as the higher one time sign up fee, I thought it was less when I saw it advertised. Other then that I am content.

First off 2 people that would there are just plain dishonest. Millie will lie through her teeth to get you to rent there. I was told that she would lock me into the rate for two years if I stay long term..... Yeah right. 6 months into it boom 1st increase.WITH NO NOTIFICATION. Now onto the idiot that is the Manager there all you hear from him for about 18 months is that they are working on fixing the leaks.. It's like a cave in the place on the lower level.... mold, slime cicles growing on the ceilings... how do they fix it???? Buckets.... who which the lovely class of people that rent there use for bathrooms. I have seen bowel movements in these buckets tgat stay there for weeks. Beware L&I have been notified and also the BBB.... crooked to the core.

Disintegrating ceiling makes a mess. Mandatory insurance not included in United price. Price nearly doubled after a few months. Very good service and friendly staff, however.

This is my first rental unit. The staff (especially Leslie) were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Walked me through everything from the paperwork to how to use my circular key. There were some slight additional fees from the listed price, that weren't explained until after the contract was printed, but its minimal, and the prices are great, even with the mandatory insurance fee. Awesome facility!

I was pleasantly surprised after driving through a sketchy neighborhood to find this facility was clean, efficient and staffed by very friendly people. My unit was perfect. My only hope is I can remember how to lock and unlock my unit. The office hours are a bit limiting for me.

One of the staff members Russell, walked me to my unit and helped me out with my things because I didn't have any help. He was very pleasant and patient with all of my silly questions and had an answer for everything. He even returned the cart when I was done with it. He really helped me to get over my stressful morning because he was so nice during my visit. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!

Fantastic customer service! I was surprised by the genuine friendliness during my visit. I was a little late so the employee stayed a little after closing to help me out. The location is a little far and isn't in the best neighborhood, but the facility feels safe.

Location is in a tired part of town. Location seems very secure though. Customer service is fairly good.

The neighborhood was sketchy, so I was fearful pulling into the parking lot of this facility. However, once inside, 21st Century Storage was very safe and secure. The staff was incredibly helpful, even postponing their lunch break to help me finish up the paperwork and find my unit.

From the moment I walked into the 21st Century Office - tired after a long day of packing up my truck and driving from Manhattan - I felt relieved and stress free. The incredible combination of professionalism and camaraderie shown by Mille and Russell put me at ease right away. I also particularly felt safe for my belongings in the storage units.

Everything is great!

After driving out to the facility ready to move in, they closed the office for over an hour without any prior notice because "they had to run to the bank" this was at 9:30AM when they opened at 9. After finally getting into the office, the lady was EXTREMELY rude and impolite. After explaining my frustration, she informed me that "she was pregnant and hadn't eaten anything all day...so she had problems too". This was after saying she was going to give me a discount but would not do so now since I kept asking her to "hurry up" which was not true. I simply asked her to be on my way as quickly as possible when she began ringing up the customer behind me instead of beginning my paper work. In addition to all of this, I never received as much as an apology. I'm appalled at the lack of customer service and will most likely moving to a different unit (not associated with spare foot) in the very near future.

VERY VERY CHEAP RATES, DISCOUNT RATES OF A FREE MONTH VERY GREAT, STAFF IS VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND ARE REAL PEOPLE. GREAT DEALING WITH THEM.

I moved in 2 days ago. I didn't go there before I booked it online b/c the reviews were so good. My hubby is upset about the neighborhood (ROUGH AREA) but I really don't care about that, and the bldg itself seems very secure. BUT: The sliding door that allows u access to ur row of units was inexplicably broken (a shock to the rep) so we had to keep propping the regular door open (which locks from the outside), & with the dolly blocking the only entrance/egress, you couldn't get by holding anything worthwhile. We would have held the door open with something else to keep the entry clear, EXCEPT, the ground was FILTHY with a dirty syringe, potato chip bag, and (I HOPE) potato chips that had been rained on and formed a mushy gross substance on the ground. Ergo, we didn't want ANYTHING to hit the ground and didn't even want to walk on it. The roller door was open right next to us, so I stepped in there to see if we could use it. Directly inside THAT door was a leftover chicken dinner from kfc. NO wonder there was a mouse trappy thing in my unit when he opened it. He said there is no pest problem, just a precaution. We had to keep this reservation, our old storage lease is up this week, but I was there 10 min and already looking to move to a new place. I am calling today to see if that area was cleaned and door fixed, that was such a hassle. To be very disappointed is an understatement. I don't understand these reviews, you are either employees are just lying for no reason. When I was signing up, a woman was complaining that her stuff was ruined by water damage. I asked about that, and the rep said I have no worries about that, i have climate control and she didn't. BUT, there is an area that leaks, and he says he won't rent those b/c of it, but other workers don't care and still rent them. WHY would u operate with units u know are leaky and ruin people's stuff? If I didn't have a Uhaul outside full of stuff, I would have walked away.

The sales person was a young gentleman who was excellent. He was very friendly, informative, and supportive as this was the first time we have needed to rent a storage unit. I would definitely contact him again and recommend this storage unit to others. It is great to work for a company who has employees who have this high level customer service. I would give him an A.

Facility was clean and seems secure. My only complaint is the person giving us info talked so fast it was confusing. He also told me the 1st payment required and then without my consent charged 2 1/2 months on my card.

The guys at 21st Century were great. They went over everything with us about the facility, ensuring that we received the best rate for our unit. It was almost closing time when we were moving our items into storage, but the gentleman there waited patiently after closing.
