The customer service was very quick and efficient. Someone was parked in my original spot but they were able to give me another spot right away and it ended up being a better unit than the previous one.

Plenty of space, reasonable value compared to others, Unfortunately main gate not working for 6-8 weeks which is a security concern

Only regret is not finding this place earlier! Was overpaying way too much to store my camper.

So far so good. We'll be there this weekend so we'll know better then.

space is fine just the need to use the elevator to the third floor is time consuming. Worry about the effect of warm days on the old building

first floor storage is great, but my unit was on the third floor. Only one small outdated freight elevator! Movers charge by the hour, so it cost me double what it did last time for same move due to one small elevator, which is old and gets stuck between floors. The management, however, was spectacular and very helpful!

Would recommend anyone to use, service very helpful.

Friendly staff and as advertised

It's only been a short amount of time, but the staff was very helpful when I picked up the keys to my unit. I also was very appreciative that there were dollies on site to help transport items to the unit.

The storage unit was great for the price and I feel very comfortable leaving my items there. It's comforting to know they will be kept safe and clean while in the unit.

Great people, organised & great secure location

I walked in and was out of the office in about 5 minutes with my new space. I had a few issues of my own making, which were addressed quickly and fixed for me. It was a great experience.

Great first experience, my reservation was handled very promptly, customer service at site was great, I did not feel rushed, everything was explained thoroughly and in simple manner, I feel comfortable going there on my own and the availability to my belongings. Great overall experience would recommend to friends and family.

I mean they used to make American flags here!! In all seriousness very nice place. And while it is an old building it is very clean. The staff was extremely nice. The original space we reserved wasn't closing right so we were upgraded to a bigger space at no extra cost. My fob wasn't working after hours and the owners drove over to fix the problem. Overall it has been an excellent experience and it's only been 24 hours. I feel like my personal things are safe here.

Everything was as or better than expected. The clerk remembered me from an earlier phone inquiry and processed everything while I unloaded the truck. The location was easily accessible and the price much lower than other companies that I called.

Good rates, plenty.of space to maneuver a very big RV. Very nice folks as well!

Very happy with with place. Good location, easy to get your stuff in and out, and top notch service.

We rented for about 7 months and never had an issue. The security made me feel that my belongings were safe. Someone was almost always on the premises.

The facility was the most reasonably priced in my area and the manger there is very informative and flexible with being available when you need her. The only downside to this facility is the building being a converted factory. However for me, the price and customer service was much more important than using a nice shiny new building. Keeps the costs down, if that's what's important to you also.

There's enough space to maneuver the cart around in the storage faculty, so it's way easier to move bigger things.

Other than our confusion regarding the security pass code...422 spaceman is everything I needed to store my camper.

My experience was great!

This facility was advertised as a climate controlled storage facility And my unit 155 was located in the hall with105 degree heat. The air conditioner was broken and manager was not sure when it would be repaired. A dead bird was lying in the hallway, the freight elevator descends as heavy items are being unloaded and the people elevator was continually locked on various floors. I moved from out of state and would have used a different facility if I was familiar with the area. Poor facility Mr. Sparefoot

The on-site manager is very accommodating and the rate was very affordable. Load-in was very easy thanks to a state-of-the-art freight elevator. Would definitely recommend this space! Easily accessible from 422.

On-site manager was very accomodating, and helped get us get the unit(s) that we needed to house a full apartment's worth of furniture and boxed items.

Great experience, helpful and friendly secretary

Very convient location, facility seems very secure. I did bring a broom to sweep out the wooden floors, but that's less than I have to do the last time I rented space at another facility. I feel very comfortable leaving my stuff there

On-site manager (wonderful idea) is extraordinarily attentive and helpful - I simply cannot compliment him enough. The facility was a bit difficult to find, but I liked the fact that the units (they are pre-fab rather than built on site) have wood floors - no concern about moisture being drawn into my cardboard boxes and furniture. The price represented good value in my opinion. Overall I have no complaints and so far I am very satisfied.

I will definatley come back here if I have more stuff I have to store.
