We are located in a historic building right across the river from downtown Pittsburgh at the intersection of South 4th Street and Bingham Street on Pittsburghs South Side with easy access from major commuting routes. City Center Self Storage is 100 climate controlled and features free convenient parking, easily accessible loading docks, multiple elevators and multiple levels of security.

Overall it's a good option for simple storage. The staff is very courteous and quick to lend a hand. Very clean and secure. The only issue I had was that they seemed somewhat uneasy about people accessing their units after business hours for some reason. And, when you do have to access your unit after hours; if it's not on the ground floor, they have the freight elevators chained up. While there still is a normal elevator for use, it can be a slight inconvenience as it is obviously smaller which in turn prevents one from using the large transport carts and can make it a little bit of a hassle. Other than that, it's a great place with a friendly staff. They do seem to be implementing new technology which causes slight confusion at times, but was never a major issue. I would definitely recommend this business to someone with simple storage needs!

City Center Storage has offered me everything I have been looking for in a storage facility in the area, all with the added benefit of first-rate, personable service delivery. Nick and Julie are fantastic! The location is convenient and the security is top-notch. I really appreciate the flexibility for long-term and indefinite storage options, with discounts reflecting a real commitment to ensuring my satisfaction and keeping my business.
