Staff went above and beyond to make the process easy for me. They earned my business for a while.

The Online deal was made and when I got to the facility, there was a bit of a discrepancy. It felt like a bit of a bait and switch. Online and on the phone with that rep, telling me one price and then at the facility, telling me another, higher price. I told them then from day one, as long as they keep the Online deal made, price point wise, I will be fine.

The deal is exactly what I, could agree to. Tyonna was an excellent representative. She walked me through the details in a very professional way. You need to keep this employee active. But I was told one thing on the phone and expected that to be the case for the deal. If the price changes, I will have to consider another storage vendor. Otherwise, I will remain with your storage facility at that location. Roxy took care of me as well on the second day, as Tyonna explained she would. So, they are both very warm and caring individuals, for a senior citizen such as myself.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to set up And get into but I was told to bring my own lock but got charged for a lock and had to use the one they provided but other than that I like it

My experience at Sparefoot was so comfortable and reasuring being the woman that helped me had everything covered! I love the unit, the neatness, bright colors and clean well kept grounds. 6:00am to 10:00pm hours are very accommodating to my busy schedule. Thank you for the service you provide! Sharon
