I love that my price is locked and that the process was so easy to set up.

So far overall experience was satisfactory. Manager Steve and Asst manager Roxanne were both great to work with. Explained everything satisfactory. Overall pleased with the experience.

I made my reservation online for 10/02/2024, when I went into the office to secure that date, the computer system would not allow the date that was giving to me. I was however giving a refund of the administration fee of $29.99.

The area is good, the variety of space size is good, and the price was okay as well.

The price was right, the Staff was prompt, and friendly and on knowledgeable. I reserved online, and promptly received a call from the manager, entered my payment info, she sent me the contracts, I signed, she sent me my access code, and all within under an hour I was ready to move in to the unit. Upon arrival I was overjoyed by the second floor loading access point so close to my unit. Access code worked smoothly and upon entering I knew I made the right decision. The place was spotless, felt and looked fresh and new, and equipped with a security system. They mentioned there would be a lock in my unit, but when I entered, there was not, so I called the office and within minutes while I loaded my things in, a staff member appeared with a brand new lock in hand for me. This facility is highly recommendable.
