The best storage place I seen overall

The building is very easy to find and easy to navigate through. I've been meaning to get a storage unit, and I'm very glad I I went with this one.

Definitely the better choice even though itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a longer drive.

Jessica was fabulous in setting everything up over the phone. Her follow up was superior effort like clock work. Pricing was very good with their seasonal special. The day I arrived, the clock work stopped. As I was checking in on a Sunday from an out of state move, with a loaded truck, it was disappointing to find out when I arrived there was no representative on site as I was told there would be. (To be fair, I did arrive later than my scheduled time because my car dolly hitch was installed insecurely by U-Haul). I was told I could bring my own lock and get a credit for the $20 lock added to my bill by turning it in when I arrived there...but no one was on-site to turn it in to. Storage area was clean but was told my area was close to elevator...not true. But again, no one to discuss that with. Fair price, clean facility and excellent customer service ...over the phone. But once I arrived and no one was there, working with customer service switchboard by remote control wasn't a significant help.

We went with this company because they provide a 15 ft truck for free, to move in. If we didn't have this it would have been impossible to even do the move. Everything else was great! I didn't have the size of storage correctly, so we had to get another one. Way more expense that I planned on

Showed up for the first time and followed procedures sent to me. Worked like a charm, got in the facility, found a trolley and moved my stuff to the 3rd floor. Lock was waiting inside so no need to contact anyone.

Man is very helpful on trying to get us move from a bigger unit to a smaller unit than to get a credit since nobody was there at the facility very kind and very helpful

I had a reservation and by the time I showed up, the property manager had left! It was only 5 and the office was supposed to be open till 6. Customer service was useless!! For some reason the website wasn't working properly and no one could help me over the phone! I was told I needed a computer to pay online, they had a computer but couldn't help me. After the fourth time of trying the website it finally worked!!!

Other than getting a little lost trying to find my unit on my own, everything was super easy. Don in the office was wonderful to talk to, refunded the lock that I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need and even made me a copy of his map so I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get lost again!

Wasnt expecting to have to walk down a hallway to get to my storage unit. Never experienced that before at any storage place.

This is a very clean climate controlled facility with excellent pricing. The only issue is staffing levels. I spent 2 days trying to meet with someone at the facility with no success. When you call call you get the call center which is located in another state. I showed up one day after calling to meet with someone and stood outside for an hour, during office hours, without being able to get in. I called and set up another appointment for the next day and the same thing happened, nobody there. They were supposed to have staffing on the weekend but did not. Now that I don't need any staff assistance, things are good.
