Public Storage - Pittsburgh - 7204 Old McKnight Rd

The location is both good and bad in that around the holidays, traffic could be a disaster. The facility is very clean and the property managers were all nice. They did say that after a few months that my pricing could change. So now I’m a little nervous that I got lured in with a low price.

I got the Presidential special for a 10 x 10 unit a move up from my nieces 5 x10. We are both using this larger one for our holiday stuff and books etc. The place is awesome... Light lights are motion lights they go on as you're walking down there rows, super clean. The staff is wonderful and informative. I applied on line and yours use where they put their special. Those was easy and quick. Nice email text updates too. Thank you very much! Karen and Alyssa

The facility is cool and clean. There are plenty of dollies available to help moving. You load and unload indoors...an amazing feature! Just a door code issue. Make sure you try the app while you are there AND you ask them to make sure it is set on access hours...not office hours. It makes a HUGE difference. Live and learn...

I made a reservation online, but was able to finish it in store with help from Deborah. Easy and convenient. Much nicer that what was expected. The garage bay parking with closing garage doors makes it easy in any weather.

Easy peasy! Deborah was fantastic, gave us a quick tour, explained the possible impact of facility hours, made recommendations, and all is now great!

Seems to be a very secure building

My bf died Sunday I had to quickly find storage to move I was so overwhelmed and scared one less stress was here it reasonable price very helpful over the phone I get to unit and walking threw I felt calm and safe which at this time I really need the place is cool clean has a restroom I couldn't be any happier with where my things are for the time being

I had a great experience. Fiona helped me during a very chaotic time and made sure to keep me in order with everything. Even called me to make sure everything was correct before move in.

My husband and I scheduled a time with Austin to come in and rent a unit. He showed us several items that really helped protect our fragile items, and the prices were great. He then showed us one of the 5 x 5 units that we requested, but we realized right away it wasn't big enough for what we need. He was great about that change and gladly showed us a 19 x 5, which we rented. Austin is super friendly, professional, respectful, kind....just a great guy! He is an asset to your company. If you haven't noticed, take notice!! He cares about his job and promoting the company and it's products. I can tell he takes pride in his work and was brought up being taught to have a exceptional work ethic that most his age lack. Take a closer look at Austin. He is your superstar! (And, no...I'm not his mother or any relation, and I wasn't paid to say this. Lol)
