These ladies were so nice and helpful and are much appreciated! The units are clean. Access to the storage units is easy!! Would recommend to anyone needing storage!! Big "thank you" to Jenn who went above and beyond to help me out!!!!

I went in only to inquire and inspect the premises and left half an hour later all signed up in large part because of Jenn. The premises is well kept and very secured. Jenn put a ribbon on top of everything by simply being the nicest and most pleasant person you can ever meet.

Great customer service! Building is huge with tons of lockers. Good location for storage downtown Pittsburgh, nearby communities.

I rented a unit here to store some things during a home renovation. It was really easy to reserve the unit online. Almost immediately I was contacted by the facility to finalize details. The facility was very clean, well maintained, and very secure. The staff was extremely friendly, and professional and do an excellent job. I also like that they have a truck that you can use, free of charge, to move into the unit.

I have found this facility to be dependable, understanding in times of distress and helpful when personal issues have created problems. It is kept clean, secure and the staff are general most pleasant. a little pricey,but worth it. Even has clean bathroom facilities, I like that !!

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been with storeexpress for years. I use it for my business. The owner and all of the staff are helpful, professional, friendly and accommodating. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve moved my office further out yet, because of their facilities and customer service, the extra drive time is worth it.

I've had a unit there for 5 years. Very friendly and helpful staff, whenever I go in or call in to pay., or have any other questions. It's very easy to access my unit and there are always plenty of carts to use if I need them for removing or adding things. Place always seems clean, even the restrooms. Can't say enough good about this place and the employees. Very happy tenant.

I really love the storage unit I have at the Etna Store Express. Its so convenient to be able to drive up into the building by my unit. The staff is so nice, friendly, personable, and helpful.

I think storexpress in etna is a great operation. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the employees are super nice. I looked into storage as I'm going through a divorce. This was the cleanest place I saw. Their pricing is lower than others plus you have the option for climate control space. Their customer service can not be matched by others. I had no idea what size storage I needed. They offered assistance and the amount of space was right. The building is very secure and user friendly. The staff goes above and beyond. While touring, she knew each person we encountered. Great people, great storage space. Highly recommend.

After setting an appointment online and reserving a unit, I went to check it out. Jenn was awesome. She was a little annoyed that the online system reserved a unit that doesn't exist, but she did everything possible to get me the best unit for my needs. She considered EVERYTHING and gave me a unit right by the elevator so I wouldn't have to go so far to drop off my stuff. The price was more than I expected (Again, because of the online system) but the price is very reasonable and I'm pleased with the entire experience. I don't mind paying a little more than what was on the website, but some people may have in issue with it, so I included that in this review.

I have been with Jen and the crew in Etna for 4 years now and I will never leave. Not only are they awesome to work with, but the facility is easy to get to and get out of right off 28, has a meeting space, and sells supplies. Efficiency is key as time is money...and at StoreXpress in Etna you definitely get your money's worth. Cameras everywhere so nothing goes unnoticed, and if you spend a lot of time in your unit like me you can save yourself from freezing or melting by getting a temp-controlled unit. Changed my life! Whatever your needs are they will make it work and I can't say enough good things about Jen and her crew.

Overall would give store express 4-5 stars in all areas. From signing lease to being able to have auto pay each month is all very convenient

Compared to other rehearsal spaces in the area, this is the cleanest and most secure. Location and parking are fantastic.

I WISH THAT THEY HAD A SMALLER SPACE FOR STORAGE WHEN I ORIGINALLY SIGNED UP. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WASN'T ANYTHING OPEN AT THAT TIME,THEN I FOUND OUT THAT THE SMALLER SPACE WASN'T AVAILABLE ANYMORE..I'M PAYING FULL PRICE FOR USING ONLY 1/4 OF THE STORAGE AREA.

Location is great, service is exceptional and the facility is accessible.

Kayla was our customer service rep and she did a great job explaining things. She was also there on "move-in" day. We took advantage of the free truck and had everything in the unit in less than 4 hours.

I use the car storage and really like the facility my car means a great deal to me and I'm very particular where I keep it and this place meets my expectations the office people are great to deal with friendly and I feel comfortable when doing business with them Thank you Jen for understanding my fussy ways.

Last Month March 2016, they sent out a "Rate Me" review prior to using this third-party software, where instead of BCC-ing everyone to partake on the survey, they CC'ed everyone. exposing their clients' contact information. This was not okay in my book and called the manager immediately. She apologized but no official letter was sent. Except for that I had no prior issues with their service and building.

I like the place and the people. The office staff was very friendly. I had a 5x8 with climate control but when I was down sizing I ask for a 5 x5 and was told that it would cost me more for that size. (which did not make sense to me) I am a senior who is on a fixed income and not permitted for medical reason to work even part time so I have to be very careful with the income that I get. I asked two different staff members and got the same answer. I did find another storage place for 1/2 of what I was paying. That is the only reason I left.

Have had belongs in storage since moving back to the area for 3 years now. Haven't had a single issue or complaint. Staff is incredibly friendly.

We feel right at home when we rehearse and can't thank them enough for taking fantastic care of our band!

I have had a storage place here for many years - very secure, cleanliness is stellar, everyone is very helpful, responsible and friendly.

We've had a great experience so far, and will continue to throw down every time we're there.

Believe my car is stored in a safe and clean environment. However the space between the black top driveway and start of ramp should be paved. Customers tires get dirty and bring dirt into car club area. Spaces are a bit pricey. More thought must be given to making car club area more "car guy" oriented.

Store Express has held my precious treasures for years. They were the first face of Pittsburgh when I moved here and the same people that operate the facility today which says a lot about a company. They are friendly and like-family always willing to accommodate.

These guys check every box for me -- it's a safe building, 24/7 access, climate controlled. The management is very responsive.

I have been a tenant at STORExpress for several years now. I really have only positive things to say about the facility. If you need a practice space for your band (or plan to share a space with multiple bands), this is a fine place to choose. Also, if you live in the East End of the city, it is very close (just across the 62nd St. bridge off of Butler St. in Lawrenceville).

Would recommend to any Band to use practice facility.

You will not find a better facility! But my primary reason for recommending STORExpress Etna is the incredible customer service they provide! Jen and Kayla could not be more helpful or responsive! They will do everything they can to make sure you are taken care of...and quickly! I couldn't believe how quickly Jen got back to me when I was looking for my first space. When I needed even more space, Kayla really listened to my needs and worked out the most ideal situation for me! The one concern I've had since I've been here was resolved immediately and with genuine care. Getting to use the moving truck at no-cost was a great bonus!!!

Its ALL good! Just what I was looking for!

We utilize a couple spots within this safe & secure lot for our company trucks. The lot is easily accessible to many main roads so that our technicians can pick up our trucks and leave their vehicles knowing that they will be safe.

Fantastic find. Only complaint is the lack of light in standard units, I'm always running 100 ft extension with a work light. But that is it, affordable, secure, clean, accessible, great staff, unload within feet of the elevator, available vehicles to move your 'stuff' into storage. New place has no facility for power tools and saw dust. (lol) well pleased with this treasure of a find.

The staff at StorExpress are top-notch. They have gone out of their way to help me with deliveries, and are always warm and friendly when I come by. I have been a customer for more than 8 years now and will not even consider moving to another facility in the area.

I appreciated the car storage over this past winter with Store Express. I liked the way there were plenty of electrical service drops and I thought the hanging air mattresses were a great idea to avoid errant door nicks. Access was always easy and automatic billing is a plus. Jen in the main Etna Store is the greatest!

The customer service was first rate and the facility is very clean.

Overall, I am very pleased with this storage facility. Boxes are delivered to my unit quickly. I have never had any issues in my one year of renting, both with my business storage unit, and personal storage unit.

Big flexible rooms for your storage needs. Many different sizes to choose from. Great people that work there that pay attention to detail. Willingness with you to move due dates if they don't like line up with your pay checks. Would definitely use again if I would need storage units in the future!

I stored my things here when I moved to Pittsburgh for about six months and it was painless. Clean, super friendly and helpful staff, easy to access, and affordable.

The units were clean and neat as were the corridors entering units... everyone was helpful and made my needs important and easing...No one likes to move I'm sure but with their kindness and helpful assistance it made the day much better..

Choosing the right unit was easy and paperwork was painless. Everything went about as smoothly as I could have expected.

I recently found myself needing to store many of my household good-furniture, clothes, etc. I found that StorExpress had not only the best rates going, but also provided a free truck for moving in. I was pleased to find that the facilities were clean, climate controlled, and safe-Neither my wife nor I had any apprehensions about running by at any time of the day or night. When you add in the outstanding staff (Jen G. and Giovanni in particular), you can't go wrong with StorExpress! I would highly recommend them!!
