Stay headache, everything I needed indoor and outdoor story, so it worked out just perfect for me.

I needed a smaller size storage unit for my husband's things. They were able to get me in a unit pretty quickly. Although the unit was larger than what I needed and the price was a bit more than what I wanted to spend, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal and the entire place is super clean. I would still like the downsize to a smaller unit but this will work in the meantime. I would recommend this place to friends and family just for the customer service alone.

Our unit is easy to get to with drive up ramp, garage door size door to bring stuff in and flat bed carts to use to move stuff around. Only issue is the security keypad display is very hard to read.

Having recently moved back home to NY, I wanted to find storage close to my now vacant apt. STORExpress was not far, and boy was I glad. The awesome customer service, free move-in truck, and great promotions really make it an ideal option for students and professionals alike.

Misty was very helpful. She gave me a tour to show me the space and how to get there. The loading dock and carts made moving easy and quick which is essential for my bad back!

The people at Braddock StorExpress were terrific. I was stressed and tired and they not only took good care of me, they took care to make sure I understood the costs and the insurance information and they even made me a cup of coffee.

STORExpress was close to my home with reasonable prices so I figured I'd give them a chance. Signing up was easy and hassle free, even being last minute. Conveniently, they offer a nice variety of payment options, as well. Bonus, they offer free use of their moving truck. Who offers a free moving truck?! Whenever I was in the area, I would stop in and the facility was always CLEAN! All of this combined with numerous locations in the area, I have and will continue to refer people to STORExpress!!!!"

They are storage. The best part was when the snow hit their was a guy in the office to shovel the snow so we could get our stuff

I love this place. It could use some tidying up from the stink bugs. But other than that. I love it.

I was reluctant to use a storage facility. We had to between moves. This place was neat and the staff was very helpful and always pleasant to deal with. We were so pleased when my daughter need storage we knew right where to go.

After the loss of my husband, I found myself needing to move from a 3 BR home to an apartment. It was difficult to eliminate memories from your life, but necessary to downsize immediately. The "girls" at this facility were always supportive in directing and assisting me with my needs at the time, such as size of the unit I may need and use of the truck to transport my household items. As I drove the truck, it felt as though it required a wheel balance. On return, I communicated this to the representative on duty. I scheduled the truck the following week for an additional trip to storage. Guess what? The alignment had been completed! I have utilized the facility for a year now and feel comfortable my belongings are secure. Thank you!

I stored furniture here as I packed up my house prior to a big move. I was trying to de-clutter house out so it would hopefully look better to prospective buyers. It was very convenient to my house. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. I even came periodically for moving supplies that I kept running out of such as tape and boxes.

This was a great storage facility.

I rented a uhaul truck from them. It was great because everyone else was booked and they were the only ones that was able to help me on such short notice. The young lady who was there was very nice.

Everyone that I've had to deal with has been very friendly and professional. It was an easy process to rent a space. They seem to care about the security of their facility.

over-charged by double billing & never corrected the matter. More than once main gate not working-- sometimes for 2 or 3 days-- so anyone can drive in at any time. Not good!!!!

Nice, clean storage units. Easy drive up access. Access 6am-10pm. Customer service good: Initial contact over the phone was efficient; Sonny at the facility was extremely helpful. There was a faint smell of gasoline in the unit, but it has dissipated.

So I needed a storage unit for one month, while my new apartment was being remodeled. I found STORExpress on Google, they had available units for me to come and look at. The manager(Amy) was so nice. Then to top it off, they had a FREE, yes I said FREE TRUCK for me to transport my items from my house to their unit. When I tell you I called and cancelled my reservations with UHAUL immediately, I really did!! I saved an abundance of money,because the unit was reasonable but I didn't have to pay for a moving truck! Reasonable Rates Free Truck FREE GAS = STORExpress !!!

I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend!!!

I reserved my storage unit online for a cross-country move. The facility called to confirm my move-in date the day before, but when I arrived, they said that they did not have the unit I reserved available. They never asked for a deposit when I spoke to them on the phone, but when I got there, they said that they don't hold the unit without a deposit. I ended up having to rent a larger, more expensive unit.
