I like that Store Express provide electricity, good customer service, very private and safe. It's also good that we can work on our cars etc. The only thing I have a small issue with is, the monthly price of $217 is a little on the high side! Especially with very little electricity being used. But overall a real good clean dry place to store my classic car, with good people. Also thanks for being understanding through this pandemic we are all dealing with.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would!!! This location (New Kensington) is AMAZING!! I don't know about other locations, but this one is clean the staff is super friendly and it feels like a family kinda when I call. They ALWAYS are able to help me with anything! The price overall is definitely worth a 5 star rating. I gave it 4 only because some months it's a bit too expensive for me due to my work & school schedule. But overall, if it wasn't for school, the price they have is BEYOND fair and reasonable for what they offer! 🙂🙂

I was hesitant at first about leaving all of my belongings in a storage unit, because you never want to leave your things behind. After speaking to CJ and the other staff members, I felt better about the idea. I chose a climate controlled unit to keep furniture safe. The free moving truck was so convenient, and it fit everything from my apartment. I just recently went to get some things from the unit, and everything is in the condition I left it! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m definitely comfortable leaving everything there.

I want to personally recognize Mary at the StorExpress New Kensington site. She truly has gone above and beyond in assisting with our storage needs. We are renting several units to accommodate a construction project on our building. Some of the logistics to get the supplies delivered have been extremely tedious to work out, but Mary makes her end of this process SO EASY. We've used another local storage company during this construction project as well that only added to the chaos with their inefficiency and very poor (actually, downright rude!) customer service. This is NEVER the case with StorExpress, and Mary in particular, as she goes out of her way to make sure our trucks are accommodated and our units are accessible. She's been a pleasure to work with!

From cars in a climate controlled environment to just a simple 5'x10' they have it all covered. For just $5 you have $1000 of insurance and $10 for $2000 which seems above the standard. The indoor temperature controlled units are really neat. It's a system that reminds me of something out of back to the future! You punch in your code at the gate, drive up to the warehouse, and your unit is mechanically delivered to the first available drive-up location. The warehouse is temp controlled too, and for the price you really can't beat the security and service of this place.

Had some problems with the door closing on the space and couldnt open or close the door . Staff was there to help but it never really worked properly before I left the area.
