The front desk lady was nice, very cozy environment. It is simple to access your storage unit. The woman checked the unit with me first to make sure it is what I was looking for. Being able to drive the car over to it is very helpful. And the price was pretty decent.

I recently rented 3 lockers at this facility. I secured them all over the phone, without having to be there in person. This was super convenient, as I live in Chicago, and had events in Pittsburgh. We were able to get a bunch of pallets delivered there, and they were received by the facility, and waiting in our lockers when we arrived. Everything was handling professionally and their responses to my emails were always quick. I will definitely use STORExpress again next time we're in town.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a college student who lives far from campus and doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have enough room to bring my things home, so I used STORexpress to store my things over the summer. I've used this facility twice in the past. It's always clean and the staff are always helpful and accommodating. The proximity of the location is a big seller and the prices are affordable. The one thing that has changed since my last experience is forced insurance. It's an added $5/month if you claim the cheapest amount of coverage ($1000) and the cost goes up from there. If you have home owner's insurance, you need to bring a copy with you. If not or you forget it, you are forced to buy this and I disagree with the policy because it feels like a money grab, but you might not. Otherwise, it's a solid choice for storing your things. The other big bonus is that you can use the moving truck at no extra cost and THIS is why I keep coming back. It is extremely helpful!

Facilities, location, and employees are amazing.

I had the best experience with the girls in the office. The place is clean and I needed to move my stuff ASAP. They made things easy for me and had a truck available for free. They have everything you need. No heavy lifting if you don't want to. They have flat bed dollies and bins to out you things in so you don't have to make a lot of trips. I was able to pull right inside the building and unload. You guys made my day of moving a great experience. Thank you so much.

My daughter was moving out of the dorm at Robert Morris University and we needed to have some place to keep her things. Store Express was very helpful. This was a great solution to not having to move all her things from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia for the summer.

I needed a place to store my trailer at the last minute before catching a flight and the office manager met me early to get it done very quickly. The facility is very secure.

Great location for me! Easy to find! The girls who work there are very nice! Very clean place. You get a truck for free when your moving for a few hours. They should really have more than one truck though!

This is my second time using the Robinson StoreXpress. They are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and secure. I love the climate control - my pictures don't get ruined! They also have carts in certain spots that helps if your moving things in and out of storage. Great location to if your in that area.

I found the onsite management to be excellent, accommodated my needs and were friendly. The facilities are kept in tip top shape and clean. The conditioned storage has in interior drive through that is SO helpful when moving or visiting in inclement weather!! I have been very pleased with this location and would recommend to anyone

The price is attractive. However, I didn't get the unit I intended to have due to availability. However, the customer service was great. Storage place was clean and secure. And, the discount offset the seems to be pricy climate controlled unit. Plus free truck with reservation. This is one of the best choices in town.

The Peske rep hooked this whole thing up through Sparefoot. All done through email from long distance. No hassels and everything was smoothly executed. Definately recommend to anyone in a bind waiting to relocate and having to wait for the house closing!
