Easy on line process, when we got to the facility, we realized we would need a larger unit. We called the following day, spoke with Shelly. She was friendly, helpful and took care of the switch without any hassle. Moving is stressful enough, so we greatly appreciated the excellent customer service.

Everything worked out great. Only hiccup was I had a padlock that was too large for the door. Had to run to nearyby Home Depot to pick up a different lock. Didn't have any instruction on that. Otherwise, great experience
