The individuals ato storage world were very nice and were able to answer all of my questions. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow for move in. The unit was clean.

Difficult to locate without signs on highway, GPS drove me in circles

I called for a 10x10 unit. Their price was cheaper than anyone in the area. Made the reservation online it was easy and fast. The next day, I ordered the unit all online and payed for it as well. Within 2 hours, I was already storing stuff in the unit. I had to call because I was not able to get into the secure lot. While on the phone, they opened the gate, let me in and said I will have access right away. I unloaded 4 boxes and then left. I was able to get out of the lot using the password. Customer service was better than anywhere else. Camera surveillance is installed to prevent any issues!!

Was able to have storage until number and gate code emailed to me so no one had to meet us there
