Entrance is easy to miss and there are no signs once you go in to tell you where to go. After making a 40 minute drive to get there, I find out that the main office that you have to go to in order to sign up was in Reading. This information was not in the confirmation given to me. I called and they told me that I had to drive the extra 15 minutes to get there and then come back with my things. I asked if they were open and the receptionist told me that they were and that I could come right in. I get there, the door is locked. I ring the doorbell several times and wait with no response. Both facilities that I visited did not look to be well maintained and they are obviously poorly run. I never had this issue with any other storage facility in the past. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The unit is perfect for my needs, although a little hard to get to ( truck in the way) Price is good for the value, nervous of eventually having increases.

It was a pleasure to pleasure to rent a storage unit. The transaction went smooth, and the price per month was good. The facilities location cleanliness, and the room to maneuver your trailer in their yard was good. I would definitely rent of them in the future and would recommend the facility to others.
