The office staff was professional and helpful. Mari gave us a tour of what our unit would look like in case we needed a different unit, but it was perfect.

I needed a very small unit in a hurry and I was able to reserve it online. The size was perfect and it was very clean.

Online booking makes the experience super quick, I had trouble finding the map on the confirmation emails but if you download the app makes everything so easy. I would say, thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a reason I booked online and I got three calls from customer service to make sure everything was alright, I think one wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been enough. It was appreciated tho.

Easy process and convenient the day of me needing it. Unit was clean and prepared from start to finish.

This facility is very clean inside and out. Easily found my unit. Love the cute welcome bag. The unit itself was spotless inside. Everything was very easy to do with this facility. Thank you!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was set for us and clean walked us through the process of moving in and even checked in on us after the move best experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had with a storage unit thus far.

Room was clean roomy, great vertical heights. Outdoor units have no interior lighting otherwise it's a great space

Place was clean.Customer service was off the chart. It made up for any areas that was lacking. Which was none in my case.

The lady who helped us was AMAZING she was so helpful and so kind and just overall made me want to be there she is amazing!! I rented I001 please let her know if you can find out who she is I asked her name and shook her hand but it was such a chaotic day but she came down when I had an issue in 5 mins she was right there she works or was working out of the Scioto office I believe snd my rental was at the place off of 33

My unit is close to the entrance so it was easy to pack boxes into.. also the coolest thing is I realized the number of my unit is my parents wedding anniversary date… Everyone I spoke to was very nice, helpful and respectful..

The local representative was hard to work with. Did not return calls. Main office was good. Person on duty at the facility the days I contracted and moved in was unresponsive. When I needed to call her, she never picked up the phone and never returned a call. I had to go through the main call center, then she called me back.

Is it possible for you to get a soda machine and a candy machine and put it someplace in the storage facility

I'm very impressed with this facility. I was contacted because I had not finished my application (something interrupted me) and they gave me a phone call as a courtesy to see if I needed help to finish my application. when I arrived at the facility my lock and key were in the unit that I had purchased online and I had no contact with anyone at the facility in person. everyone that I talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable and was friendly. Everything was explained to me and I had no issues.

We are in the process of getting our house ready for sale and needed a large storage unit. Found a10x20 unit here for an excellent price. All paperwork done over phone and online. Great customer service from the office. If you need storage this is a must see place.

I rented a unit at Lock Tyte, for over one year. I was very pleased with the way everything was handled. The sales people, Kevin & Valarie were great and always helpful I would highly recommend this convenient storage area.
