Pay over $130 a month for a unit that leaks water when it rains, customer service and management tells you it’s your problem that the door is frozen shut and will not open. Even though you pay a crap ton of money management does not care. The unit is literally trash and garbage with the doors sounding like they are about to fall off anytime they open.
Definitely do not recommend this company or this unit. Completely trash, save your money and go elsewhere.
