Overall I'm satisfied with the storage unit. I appreciated the use of doing the paperwork online although the ease of using the online application was not working and had to use an actual employee to enter my information. In all it took 3 calls to customer service.

Tried 4 units, before rented one. Lost most of the weekend...all day Saturday and not resolved until after 4pm Sunday! NO facility Gate code ( AS PROMISED )..at the "top" of the emailed storage Lease documents. I DID ALL THE FOLLOW UPS TO CORRECT THE ISSUES!!! Even now...the Unit I did rent...the roller doors are hard work to pull up!!..and push down!!..to secure the Unit! Outdoor facility...NEVER AGAIN!!!! THANK YOU!!!

We were seeking a large, reasonably priced space to keep our household goods while we are in the process of buying a home and relocating. I chose this facility due to price and its location near our future new home. When I arrived with my first load, my assigned space had someone else's locks on it, and I could not gain access. Since there was no staff onsite, I expected to go home angry with my car still full of stuff. To my pleasant surprise, when I called the customer service number, I got 5-star service. The rep stayed on the phone with me for probably an hour as she worked to find a solution to the problem. She was able to transfer my rental to a different space and provide me with the codes to remove the facility's locks from it so I could store the items I brought with me. We all wish we didn't run into these hiccups at all, but when I did, I was very grateful for the top-notch customer service I encountered.

Applied and paid online. Got email with receipt, unit number and entrance code. Drove up,put items in storage put a lock on and left. No problems. Well lit after sundown.
